Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, events operated by Plant Bingo Nights ("we," "us"). By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.
1. Tickets and what's included
- Each ticket is a purchase of one or more plants. The bingo games at our events are provided free of charge as entertainment for our plant customers.
- The number of plants and bingo cards included depends on the ticket type you purchase, as described on the event page at the time of purchase.
- Bingo cards are included with your plant purchase at no additional charge and are not sold separately.
- All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Tickets and plants are not sold at the door.
- Tickets are sold through Stripe. Your purchase confirmation email is your ticket unless the event listing says otherwise.
- Tickets are non-transferable to other event dates except as described under Refunds and Exchanges below.
2. Refunds and exchanges
- Refund requests received at least [48 hours] before the event start time will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Requests inside [48 hours] of the event are not refundable, but we're happy to transfer your ticket to a future event date one time, subject to availability.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
- To request a refund or transfer, email hello@plantbingonights.com with the name and email used at purchase.
3. Event changes and cancellations
- If we cancel an event, ticket holders receive a full refund or, at their choice, a transfer to a future date.
- If we reschedule or change venue, your ticket remains valid for the new date/location, or you may request a full refund.
- We are not responsible for other costs you incur (travel, childcare, etc.) related to a changed or canceled event.
4. Prizes and plants
- Every attendee receives a plant with their ticket. Plant varieties vary by event and are provided as-is; specific species, sizes, or varieties are not guaranteed.
- Bingo games are played for fun. Round winners receive a plant prize selected from the available prize table in the order determined by our hosts. All prize decisions by event hosts are final.
- Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Live plants require care after you take them home; we are not responsible for the health of plants after the event.
- Some plants may be toxic to pets or children if ingested — please check before placing them at home.
5. Attendance and conduct
- Events may have age requirements set by the venue (for example, venues serving alcohol). Age requirements, if any, are listed on the event page.
- We and our host venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.
- Seating is generally first-come unless the event listing states otherwise.
6. Photography
Events may be photographed or recorded for our social media and marketing. By attending, you consent to appearing in such materials. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, tell a host at check-in and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant Bingo Nights, its owners, employees, and host venues are not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged property, or other losses arising from event attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim related to a ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your ticket purchase applies to that purchase.
